WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWTI) - A 38-year-old Watertown man is facing charges after allegedly breaking a woman's cheekbone.

According to the Watertown Police Department, they arrested Justin Sullivan on Sunday and charged him with first-degree unlawful imprisonment and third-degree assault.

Authorities said that Sullivan allegedly prevented a woman from getting out of a vehicle he was operating by speeding and running stop signs and red lights.

Sullivan also allegedly struck the female victim in the face and pushed her head into a pane of glass. Police said she allegedly broke her cheekbone.

Sullivan was arraigned in the Watertown City Court with an appearance scheduled for Sept. 12.
