CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A Raleigh County judge is moving forward with a case involving religious vaccine exemptions, agreeing to consolidate two different cases raising questions about Gov. Patrick Morrisey’s executive order, but rejected a request for a stay while an appeal to the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals is pending.
