SHARON, Pa. (WKBN) - Teamwork can play a big role in healthcare. Pennsylvania's largest community health center wants to improve the health of the communities it serves, and its charitable foundation reached a significant milestone in that work and celebrated it.

The Primary Health Network Charitable Foundation (PHNCF) has a sweet legacy, and representatives passed out ice cream in Sharon Monday to recognize 20 years of support.
