PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Pacific Northwest leaders are among those challenging U.S. regulators’ restrictions on mifepristone, one of two oral medications used to terminate pregnancies.
Washington Attorney General Nick Brown and Oregon Attorney General Dan Rayfield joined attorneys general in 15 other states, and Washington, D.C., in supporting a petition against the restrictions enforced by the Food and Drug Administration.
