(WHTM) — Class is back in session at Mifflin County High School, and Donald M. Chapman III Stadium is now open to kick off the new school year.

"It's awesome to play on," said Chase Harton, a senior on the Mifflin County football squad. "It's very nice turf, very nice school in the backdrop."

The Huskies already won their first football game of the season Friday night, 42-0, on Kish Bank Field in front of over 5,000 people.

"Walking past the new facilities and just anticipating the week ahead gives you motivation to work hard in practice this coming week for our next opponent," said Nevin Farley, another senior.
