CENTRE COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — A Jefferson County man is charged with attempted homicide after police say he stabbed another man in the neck.

According to a criminal complaint, Noah Fremer, 21, of Brockway, was swimming with the man and several friends at Black Moshannon State Park Sunday. The group left, but a fight began when one of their cars broke down near Presqueisle Street in Philipsburg.

Police say Fremer began arguing with the man. A girl claimed Fremer had his hand on the man and said he needed to come with him.

Fremer and the man allegedly got into a fight. When the man tried to leave after the fight, the girl claimed Fremer pulled out a knife and stabbed one of the vehicle's tires before also stabbing the man in the neck. Police noted in the complaint that the girl said Fremer
