The investigation into a fire that destroyed the Old Dickey-Givens Community Center in June has concluded, city officials announced Monday.

The cause of the June 29 fire remains undetermined, though investigators believe human activity likely played a role. The specific circumstances, however, remain unknown.

The Taylor Fire Department and Hutto Fire/Rescue responded to the blaze. Although crews were able to bring the fire under control, the building was declared a total loss.
