SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) - If you’re driving through Chicopee this week, expect some delays. Several roadwork projects are underway in the city.

Paving on Broad Street, Lukasik Street, Manning Street, Dorothy Avenue, and May Street began Monday.

Ludlow Construction hopes to complete Broad Street before Chicopee Public Schools have their first day on August 28.
