CINCINNATI, Ohio — The Bengals are getting their star pass rusher back after agreeing to a revised one-year deal with Trey Hendrickson on Monday .

The deal according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter is worth $30 million, which is a raise of $14 million. NFL insider Jordan Schultz also added that Hendrickson’s deal does not have a no-tag clause, although he is still expected to be a free agent.

The most important thing this does for the Bengals is that it gets the NFL’s reigning sack champion on the field with 13 days before the 2025 season opens in Cleveland vs. the Browns. Cincinnati has the offensive talent to compete with anyone. The Bengals are also just two years removed from its second consecutive AFC Championship Game appearance.
