A riverboat to glide down the Red River, a graceful vestige from the city’s past, won first place in the Grand Forks Convention and Visitors Bureau “grand idea” contest.

But no one has received the $100 first prize since 29 separate entrants claimed the idea as their own. A drawing will be held next week to award the cash.
