Corn warning

The National Corn Growers Association is calling for action from the Federal Government after the latest World Agriculture and Supply and Demand Estimates Report from the USD projected a record corn crop this year. It comes after farmers are already facing record low corn prices.

The association says they’re calling on Congress to pass pending legislation that would allow for year round consumer access to higher ethanol blends. The Nebraska Corn Growers Association is also urging an investigation into trade practices in Brazil that they say make it harder for US farmer to stay competitive.
