ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The driver convicted of a crash that killed two women on I-490 was sentenced Tuesday morning.

Christopher Long Jr. has been sentenced to eight and a third years to 25 years in prison. He was convicted of aggravated vehicular homicide, two counts each of manslaughter and vehicular manslaughter, and DWI.

On November 22, 2024, Long was driving down I-490 before leaving the roadway, crashing into a barrier, overturning several times, and hitting a utility pole. The vehicle came to a rest on Exit 19 at Culver Road.

Besides Long, police said there were three passengers in the vehicle: 18-year-old Skylar Swift, 23-year-old Aleci Lopez, and 19-year-old Alexandrea Rodriguez. Swift was pronounced dead at the scene, Lopez was taken to a hospital, where she died from her in
