Gov. Whitmer and MWC release report on high-wage career paths for women

LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - The Michigan Women’s Commission (MWC) is hosting an event in celebration of Women’s Equality Day.

During the event, the 2025 MWC Pathways to High-Wage Careers Report will be unveiled in partnership with Governor Gretchen Whitmer.

MWC commissioners will present an overview of each section of the report, highlighting the most urgent and impactful recommendations to help create pathways to high-wage careers for women across Michigan.
