The vice president of the Montana Public Service Commission sent a letter to Gov. Greg Gianforte last week requesting that the president of the commission be immediately and temporarily suspended.

Vice President Jennifer Fielder’s letter was dated Aug. 20, roughly three weeks after President Brad Molnar publicized an internal investigation into his workplace conduct. 406 Politics

In her letter, Fielder claimed that Molnar is purposefully gumming up the investigation and has repeatedly retaliated against those involved. She calls his attempts to thwart the inquiry “reprehensible.” The investigation is being conducted by an outside attorney the commission hired and other PSC staff.
