Phoenix Deer Valley Airport’s fixed-base operator is adding a new hangar for the second time in two years, with further growth at the airport likely.

The Phoenix Aviation Advisory Board last week unanimously approved an amendment to Cutter Aviation’s airport land lease to add 4,193 square feet, a move that will give additional room needed for a 55,000-square-foot hangar to be built. This comes after Cutter completed a new 60,000-square-foot hangar in 2023.
