The Fourth Squad reports the arrest of an East Rockaway man for a sexual abuse incident that occurred on August 10, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in Oceanside. According to detectives, the defendant, Joseph Piccolo, 61, owner of Pizzaiola Oceanside, 3191 Long Beach Road, did invite a 15-year- old female employee into his private office.

He told her to come back to the restaurant after work, when nobody else would be present so he could give her extra money without the other employees noticing. Once entering the restaurants office, the victim was handed $200 (U.S.) and the defendant began touching her.
