Former Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler has accepted a plea deal after he was was arrested on DUI and other charges last October in Tennessee.

According to the Williamson County District Attorney's Office, Cutler pleaded guilty to DUI in the case, with a gun charge being dismissed as part of the plea deal.

Cutler was sentenced to four days in county jail, with the sentence to be served in late September. He also was sentenced to one year of probation, DUI safety classes, and had his driver's license revoked as part of that deal. He must also submit to random drug tests, according to officials.

According to police, officers were called to the scene of a traffic crash involving two vehicles last October in the 200 block of Bridge Street in Franklin, Tennessee.
