A preseason pick-6 wasn’t enough for Kendell Brooks to secure a roster spot.

The former Michigan State defensive back was waived by the Tennessee Titans on Tuesday. He was one of 20 players the team let go of in their final round of cuts to get the 53-man roster limit set by 4 p.m.

A former undrafted free agent, Brooks’ preseason highlight came when he jumped a route for an interception and returned it 53 yards for a touchdown in the first quarter of a 23-20 win against the Falcons on Aug. 15.
