Jay Cutler will have to spend some time behind bars as part of a deal he cut with prosecutors to bring an end to his DUI case in Tennessee.

The former Broncos, Bears and Dolphins quarterback will have to serve a few more days in jail after pleading guilty to one count of misdemeanor DUI, according to TMZ .

Cutler, 42, pleaded guilty in court and was sentenced to four days in jail. He was ordered to pay a $350 fine and serve a year of supervised probation, according to TMZ.

The former signal-caller will serve his sentence in late September.

He will also need to attend a DUI safety course, and his driver’s license has been suspended for a year.
