STRONGSVILLE, Ohio -- Chagrin Valley Dispatch , a Bedford-based center serving more than 30 Greater Cleveland municipalities, will open a new state-of-the-art dispatch center in either Valley View or Independence -- possibly by the end of this year.

That’s what Nick DiCicco, Chagrin Valley Dispatch administrator, told cleveland.com Monday.

“We have grown so fast that we (are) out of room at all of our existing facilities,” DiCicco said.

Chagrin Valley Dispatch now has centers in Bedford, Cleveland Heights and Brecksville.

However, DiCicco noted that opening the new dispatch center by the end of 2025 would only happen “in a perfect world.”
