LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — A Las Vegas defense attorney accused of using his position to victimize individuals with sex trafficking and prostitution had his prison sentence suspended.

Tuesday, court officials told FOX5 a judge ordered permanent disbarment for Gary Guymon. In February, the Nevada Supreme Court filed an order to temporarily suspend his license .

According to an arrest report , Las Vegas Metro Police began their investigation into Guymon November last year after they were given information he may have been “encouraging prostitution” from women and others he knew.

He was arrested on the following charges:

Soliciting to commit murder

Sex trafficking of an adult

Pandering, three counts

Conspiracy to commit murder

Perjury

Coercion with force or threat of force
