The first thing you notice is just how young this team is.

Of the 53 players on the Eagles’ roster, only six are older than 28, including just three projected starters. And 30 of the 53 – that’s 57 percent are 25 or younger.

With the Eagles’ initial 53-man roster set – at least for now — let’s take a look at some of the trends and stats with the players they kept as of 4 p.m. Tuesday.

YOUNG ROSTER: As we said, this is a very young roster, with 35-year-old Lane Johnson and 30-year-old Dallas Goedert the only players 30 or over who are projected to start. Matt Pryor, Ogbo Okoronkwo and Jake Elliott are also 30 and Adoree’ Jackson is 29.
