SPRINGFIELD — Plan B Burger Bar will close permanently Sunday after settling an eviction case with its landlords at the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.

Plan B locations at West Hartford and Hartford will also close, said Allie J. Gamble, founder and CEO in a news release Tuesday that called the closures a “strategic realignment of its footprint.”

Plan B will continue to operate locations in Simsbury, Glastonbury and Milford, all in Connecticut. That’s down from a total of 11 restaurants in four states at its peak, according to Gamble’s release.

The Springfield location had 41 employees, according to staffers there.

All employed team members will receive severance pay, Gamble said. He said management is working to place team members at other restaurants.
