TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - A data center plan shut down by the Tucson City Council appears to have a lifeline in a recent filing for electric service.
TEP has requested the Arizona Corporation Commission to approve an energy supply agreement for Project Blue.
The Pima County Board of Supervisors wants to know why TEP is moving ahead if the data center won’t have the water supply it needs.
