WHITEHALL, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Granville woman was arrested on a grand larceny charge. Police said Dawn Petteys, 33, stole over $13,000 from her job at the Dollar General in Whitehall.

Police said Petteys didn't deposit money to the store despite it being part of her job description.

She was arraigned and released and will appear in court at a later date.
