CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Cleveland Councilman Richard A. Starr sent a letter to Mayor Justin Bibb expressing disappointment that there is no complete investigation report of the deadly Rainbow Terrace explosion.

One man died, and more than 100 people were displaced after the fire on June 23.

“I am reaching out to express my profound disappointment with the current administration’s handling of the situation following the tragic fire explosion in the Garden Valley/Rainbow Terrace community,” Starr wrote in the letter. “It has now been over 63 days since this incident claimed the life of Cordale Sheffield, and it is unacceptable that we still do not have a complete investigation report.”
