CLEVELAND — A Cuyahoga County sheriff's deputy who was involved in a high-speed chase of a suspect Sunday that ended with a crash which killed an innocent bystander is the same officer who initiated a similarly deadly pursuit just five months earlier, 3News Investigates has confirmed.
