TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - One man was injured and a suspect was detained following a stabbing at a Tucson apartment complex on Tuesday, Aug. 26.

The Tucson Police Department confirmed it happened around 7:45 p.m. at the Mission Antigua Apartments, which is located near Mission and Drexel.

The TPD said the victim was either stabbed or hit in his face with a knife or a box cutter.

The TPD said the man was taken to the hospital, and the extent of his injuries was not known.

A suspect was detained, and the investigation is ongoing.
