GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - Greenville city leaders revealed new updates on several major projects and asked residents to weigh in on future design code updates during Tuesday’s monthly Project Preview meeting.

For the first time, developer Bo Aughtry–who has spearheaded several major projects in Greenville–disclosed details on a new hotel coming to the corner of Main and McBee streets.

Aughtry, CEO of Windsor Aughtry Company, said the future M. Heller Hotel is named after Greenville’s former mayor, Max Heller. The hotel will include portraits of other historic Greenville leaders, around 145 rooms, and a public restaurant.
