Given that it’s less than a month away, it’s not too early for Queen Creek residents to think of advance planning for Founders’ Day.

The town last week said pre-sale wristbands are now available for the festival, which will be held 5-9 p.m. Sept. 20, at Frontier Family Park, 20039 S. 220th Street. They will remain on sale until Sept. 12.

The pre-sale rate is $12.50 and includes participant relays, Nerf Battle Zone, Silent Disco and axe throwing. The cost rises to $15 the day of the event.

Pre-sale wristbands can be purchased in person at the Recreation Annex at 21802 S. Ellsworth Road and the Recreation & Aquatic Center at 22343 E. Ryan Road. They also are available at QueenCreekAZ.gov/RecRegistration .

Wristbands can be picked up at the Recreation & Aquatic Center from noon Sept.
