TIPTONVILLE, Tenn. (WMC) - A newly-released video shows Austin Drummond involved in an altercation in prison before his release last year.

Drummond, who is accused of killing four family members in Lake County, Tennessee, spent a decade behind bars at Northwest Correctional Complex in Tiptonville.

During that time, he received at least 25 disciplinary infractions, allegedly joined the Vice Lords gang, and was charged with trying to kill another inmate during a fight.

Footage obtained by Action News 5 shows the brawl inside the facility, which is run by Tennessee Department of Corrections.

The fight happened while Drummond was serving a 13 year sentence for aggravated robbery--a crime he committed back in 2014.
