If you’ve ever stood along Sun Valley Road or gathered at Champions Meadow during Wagon Days, you’ve heard them—the voices calling out each parade entry, filling the pauses with local color and occasionally cracking a joke you’ll still be repeating at dinner. The Big Hitch Parade’s emcees aren’t just announcers, they’re part of the show.
This year, they are back at their posts, ready to bring a mix of history, humor and enthusiasm to the microphone.
It will be Sun Valley resident Dana Plasse’s first year emceeing the parade.
