CHICAGO (WLS) -- The Civilian Office of Police Accountability is investigating after a police-involved shooting Wednesday morning.

Chicago police activity has been reported at three locations at 58th Street and Princeton Avenue, a second location at 70th Street and Yale and a third scene at the 75th Street entrance to the Dan Ryan Expressway.

Chopper7 flew above the Dan Ryan Expressway, where police were on the scene with a damaged vehicle visible.

COPA said it is investigating an officer-involved shooting in the 5800-block of South Shields Avenue.

A woman in the area of 58th Street and Princeton Avenue told ABC7 she heard a number of gunshots.

Police said no officers were shot.
