(KIMT) -- With a constant threat of isolated to scattered precipitation Wednesday, along with increased cloud cover, temperatures will hold below average yet again. Expect high temperatures to be around the 70° mark in southeast Minnesota. Meanwhile, North Iowa could reach up to the mid 70s.

Regionwide, dew points will rise to the low to mid 60s, which will be a noticeable increase in humidity compared to our recent stretch of nonexistent moisture.

No severe weather is anticipated from these isolated storms Wednesday, but some higher rainfall rates could occur. These rates could lead to isolated accumulations of up to one inch if storms train over the same location.

Low-end rain chances look to linger through the weekend, but no significant rainfall is expected in the foreseeable future
