HAWKEYE, Iowa — The Fayette County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant overnight in the 200 block of East Wilbur Street in Hawkeye, leading to the arrest of two individuals and the seizure of methamphetamine and marijuana.

Scott Paul Zell, 63 of Hawkeye, was charged with multiple felonies, including possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and marijuana. Additional charges include possession of controlled substances, failure to affix a drug tax stamp, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gail Anne Williams, 53 of Fredericksburg, faces similar charges, including intent to deliver methamphetamine and marijuana, along with misdemeanors related to drug possession and paraphernalia.

Both Zell and Williams were taken to Fayette County Jail and await their initial court appear
