OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — Months after Oklahoma City police say a suspected drunk driver hit and killed a father his family says criminal charges have still not been filed.

News 4 first reported on the crash in March earlier this year. Beau Acton's family and friends said the father of two was leaving work in Southwest Oklahoma City when a suspected drunk driver hit him. Police arrested Jennica Burton for DUI. In the report, officers said she “exhibited signs of intoxication.”

"If she knew what she took, she wouldn't be right," said Keith Acton, Beau's brother.

Keith said his family hasn't had time to process their grief, largely focused on handling their brother's belongings and helping raise his kids. He said juggling all of the responsibilities while being reminded his brother is gone h
