(NewsNation) — A college degree isn't the only path to a six-figure salary. At least 40% of Americans without a bachelor's degree earn $100,000 or more, according to LendingTree.
In total, 5.7 million full-time workers without a bachelor's degree make six figures — about 9% of the workforce.
Among occupations, chief executives and legislators top the list, with 63% of those holding the jobs earning six figures without a bachelor's degree. Architectural and engineering managers follow at 60%, and 56% of software developers also reach that level.
Other jobs that see over half their workforce make six figures without degrees include computer and information systems managers (54%), power plant operators (52%), elevator installers and repairers (52%), and computer network architects (51%).
