SHREVEPORT, La., (KTAL/KMSS) — Caddo Parish Animal Services is hoping to find a forever home for Finley, a three-and-a-half-month-old puppy who came to the shelter with his three sisters as an owner surrender.

Finley has already been neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated, making him ready to go home today. Adoption fees are $50, and the process is as simple as stopping by the shelter at 1500 Monty Street to fill out an application.

Kim Freeman with Caddo Parish Animal Services reminds potential adopters that puppies take patience, consistency, and sometimes outside training, but the reward is worth it.
