ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – New Mexico Museum of Natural History Foundation will host a dinsoaur themed event aimed at getting the whole family active.

The foundation's 6th annual TyRUNnosaurus event, a 5K and family run/walk will take place on Sept. 21, 2025. Participants will run, or walk like a dinosaur, to the finish through the streets surrounding the New Mexico Museum of Natural History and Science, located at 1801 Mountain Rd. NW

You may even see some dinosaur-looking figures, as there will be an inflatable costume dash during the event.
