LOS LUNAS, N.M. (KRQE) — The Village of Los Lunas is one of the fastest growing communities in the state of New Mexico. Partnerships from groups like the Albuquerque Regional Economic Alliance are aiding in that growth.

Village of Los Lunas Senior Economic Developer Victoria Archuleta and Albuquerque Regional Economic Alliance Chad Matheson joined us on Wednesday morning to talk about the partnership, and how it's helping with development in Los Lunas.

There are some key infrastructure projects in the works, including the Los Lunas Boulevard Corridor Project which is expected to bring traffic relief to NM Highway 6. It's considered the largest locally-led infrastructure project in New Mexico's history, as well as one of the biggest projects since the Big-I in Albuquerque.
