Heather Emberley would like to see the City of Cambridge go back to the drawing board when it comes to its fixed stormwater rates.
Implemented last month, the city began billing stormwater charges separately, adding the charge to the property owner’s water bill. Previously, stormwater charges were included as part of property tax.
