18-year-old dead after crashing into a tree in Town of Rock

TOWN OF ROCK, Wis. — An 18-year-old man is dead after a crash in the Town of Rock early Wednesday morning.

The crash happened at the intersection of S River Rd and W Happy Hollow Rd Wednesday before 4:15 a.m.

The man, driving a truck, went off road and crashed into a tree. The 18-year-old victim was pronounced dead on scene by Rock County deputies.

No one else was involved or injured in the crash

The name of the victim will be released at a later time by the Rock County Medial Examiner's Office.

The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
