LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - A federal grand jury in the Eastern District of Michigan has returned a ten-count indictment against two individuals for their alleged involvement in a forced labor and money laundering conspiracy that affected victims across Michigan, Florida, Texas, and Missouri.

The two defendants, David Taylor, 53, and Michelle Brannon, 56, were arrested on Wednesday in North Carolina and Florida.

According to the indictment, Taylor and Brannon are the leaders of the Kingdom of God Global Church (KOGGC), formerly known as Joshua Media Ministries International (JMMI).

Together, they operated a nationwide call center network that solicited daily donations for KOGGC/JMMI.
