A 69-year-old woman using a walker was hit by a stray bullet in the face and killed in a broad-daylight shooting on an East Harlem sidewalk Wednesday, cops and sources said.

The senior was fatally blasted around 12:25 p.m. at East 110th Street and Madison Avenue by a shooter who managed to flee the scene, authorities said.

The woman, who is not believed to be the intended target, was rushed to Mount Sinai Morningside by EMS – but she could not be saved, cops said. 4

No arrests have been made in connection to the deadly violence, and it was not immediately clear how many suspects were involved.

Photos from the scene show the walker abandoned outside a C-Town supermarket at the corner, next to a pool of blood. 4
