MANCHESTER, Conn. (WTNH) — A man and his wife won $25,000 a year for life on Tuesday night from a CT Lottery Lucky For Life draw game.

The couple said they've always played numbers based on their birthdays for years.

“We couldn’t believe we won,” Ernie D. from Manchester said.
