HOMECREST — POLICE HAVE ARRESTED a man accused of placing an “electric device” under the skirts of two women, both times at the Homecrest Target store located at 1715 East 13th St. in Brooklyn.

Arrested and charged on Thursday, Aug. 21, at 9:10 p.m. was Isaias Keren Nimajay Xinico, 28, a resident of West 5th Street in Gravesend.

The first incident took place on July 9 around 8 p.m., when the suspect allegedly approached a 26-year-old woman from behind and placed the device under her skirt, police said. The second incident took place on July 23, around 5:30 p.m., when the man allegedly unlawfully surveilled a 46-year-old woman in the same way. In both cases, the man fled, leaving the women uninjured.

Nimajay Xinico was charged with two counts of unlawful surveillance.
