Two Southern California medical center employees involved in an altercation with federal agents during a July immigration enforcement operation were indicted Wednesday by a federal grand jury.
Jose de Jesus Ortega, 38, of Highland, and Danielle Nadine Davila, 33, of Corona, face one felony count of assaulting, resisting, and impeding a federal officer in the altercation captured on video July 8 in Ontario, about 50 miles east of downtown Los Angeles.
