Mayor Dan Mandell declares August 27th as Elmira Aviators Day in the city ahead of second season

Mayor Dan Mandell declared August 27th Elmira Aviators Day in the city during the weekly Wisner Market downtown. The declaration comes off the heels of an expansion of hockey in Elmira, from the youth to junior level.
