CLEVELAND (WJW) -- A man convicted in a deadly drunk driving crash near a Cleveland drive-thru last year is headed to prison.

A Cuyahoga County jury earlier this month found Juan Soto, 34, of Cleveland, guilty of involuntary manslaughter, driving under the influence and aggravated vehicular assault in the death of 34-year-old Gilmarie Quinones, court records show.

The crash happened just after 3 a.m. on Monday, April 22, 2024, when Soto crashed into another vehicle traveling in the same direction on Fulton Road near the Clark Avenue intersection, sending both vehicles into the side of a Rally's Drive-In restaurant, according to an affidavit obtained by the FOX 8 I-Team.
