MADISON, Wis. (WBAY) - It’s a classic field trip destination you or your kids may have toured before, the Wisconsin State Capitol. It has offered tours to the public for over 100 years.

Since 1915, the Wisconsin State Capitol has opened its doors for tours and welcomed visitors from across the state and around the world.

“I’m just glad to be a part of being here at the Capitol,” Sparks said. Over the last six years, he’s given thousands of tours.

“I never fail to be impressed by the grandeur of this building,” Sparks said.

He needs no notes because he gives the tour by heart.
